Things are heating up in the USA. Texas isn't the only state deeply unhappy with the Federal Government. Forget the issue of gun laws for a moment; the big question is whether the states will bring the federation to heel and restore the Rule Of Law as intended, throwing away 'executive powers' whereby Obama bypasses Congress and makes international treaties without consultation.
